Great opportunity for ideal candidate work in ‘Beautiful by Nature’ Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies.

Interhealth Canada are looking to recruit a driven, self motivated, experienced Facilities Manager responsible for Total Facilities Management Services of small acute Hospital with 30 staff members. Role is working closely and supported by sister hospital in Providenciales.

Must have Hard FM/Engineering background and project management experience. (Soft services, security and reception also part of responsibilities).

Must have previous hospital services background, at least 5 years experience in a similar role and have a proven track record relating to:

Management of IPC & associated risks within FM environment

Achievement of financial targets and budgetary control

Management of contractors

Personnel management

Medical Gas Safety

Health & Safety (preferably to NEBOSH standard)

Fire Safety

Achievement of KPI and Service Level Agreements

Quality Management preferably having operated in an Accredited Quality Management System i.e. Accreditation Canada, ISO or Joint Commission

Must have excellent Customer Service Experience

Additional duties include on call roster for out of hours, disaster and emergency response.

Must be IT literate and educated to HND or Degree Standard or equivalent as a minimum.

* Please note that package is tax exempt. Company vehicle included. Minimum 2 year contract. Salary package dependent on experience.
