U.S. Bank’s Mortgage Servicing division is seeking a Business Operations Specialist/Mentor-Trainer in the Customer Service Research Department. Candidate will be responsible for training in an in person environment as well as via web-ex to the department on the processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Customer Service Research Dept as well as training experience.
