Hendrick Screen began its manufacturing operations in 1974. Our expertise is unparalleled in the industry, and due to organizational growth, we are seeking a Quality and Lean Manager.
SUMMARY: The individual who functions in this position must carry out all of the day-to-day functions associated with being a Quality and Lean Manager. This position encompasses responsibility for the design and implementation of the quality procedures and policies of the company. The primary responsibility of the individual in this position is to ensure that proper procedures are in place to consistently and effectively adhere to strict quality standards relative to both the company and the customer, and to serve as a facilitator of Kaizen and other activities that will drive Lean methodology and Six Sigma quality throughout the organization and lead cultural change that supports the technical implementation of Lean.
