To serve as a receptionist for the Tell City campus.
Answers phone and directs calls to the appropriate office. -Answers questions and directs visitors to appropriate offices. -Assists college offices with mailing and collating packets of materials. -Enters and retrieves information from the BANNER (Student System) to address questions from the public, look up student and faculty schedules, and assist college offices with data entry. -Provides clerical support for College offices. The above list of duties is not to be construed as an exhaustive list. Other duties logically associated with the position may be assigned.
Experience with data entry, word processing and spread sheets is preferred. Strong oral communication skills. Able to meet people easily and make them feel welcome. Display a professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work as a team member. Projects positive image for Ivy Tech Community College Southwest.
