The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for performing assigned clerical duties while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards.
1. Reception duties – answer the telephone, route calls and messages appropriately and accurately, direct visitors to appropriate area, maintain a clean and safe work area.
2. Review and enter timesheets assuring accuracy of entries and supporting documentation.
3. Tracks and reports late timesheets and timesheets with issues.
4. Other miscellanesous job duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications: POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Required Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Preferred Education: Associate’s degree from a 2 year college or technical school
Required Experience: 2 years’ related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Experience: Nonprofit; senior living or long term care sector
