Property Maintenance Person
G6 Hospitality is hiring a PROPERTY MAINTENANCE PERSON for one of its iconic Motel 6/Studio 6 locations. The ideal person is a stickler for detail, proactive, skilled in general maintenance tasks and is thoughtful about their work to ensure the property is continuously in pristine condition for our guests and team members. He/she owns the upkeep of our property assets for a single location, and from time-to-time may be asked to assist with repairs at a neighboring property. This individual is responsible for completing interior and exterior repairs to brand standards as well as keeping management informed of potential repairs, actions being taken and the status of any major maintenance projects.
This is an immediate part-time position.

What You Will Be Doing
Maintain the property as outlined in the Motel 6/Studio 6 Maintenance Standard Operating Procedure.
This includes, but not limited to, repairs to drywall, painting, pool, electrical and TV installations, plumbing and basic building repairs and climate controls. In addition to repairs to exit lights, fire extinguishers and promptly addressing any other life safety issues at the property.
Assist guests with maintenance problems related to their stay at the property in order to create a positive guest experience.
Partner with the Maintenance Team, Clean Team, Guest Services Representatives, Property Leadership and Regional Management Team to ensure a quality product and experience for the guest.
