U.S. Bank’s Mortgage Servicing division is seeking a Claims Review Analyst in the Claims-Loss Analysis department.

As a Claims Review Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, and procedures. You will perform reviews on FHA, VA and/or Conventional Claims filed for quality. Must have strong working knowledge of Excel and excellent communication skills. Uses PC based software packages for word processing, graphics, spread sheets, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong FHA, VA and/or Conventional foreclosure background, with an understanding of foreclosure timelines.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to four years of experience in administrative support activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Good verbal, grammatical and written communication skills
  • Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Proficient PC skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and graphics
  • Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail
  • At least 2 years experience in Mortgage Servicing
  • At least 1 year experience in Foreclosure
