Maintains investor records and files, posts accounts and tracks and maintains financial records for investors. Performs daily, weekly and monthly cutoffs and sends reports either via mail or electronically, and remittances via a check or a wire transfer within required time frames. Makes manual corrections to the Fidelity Servicing System or to Investor’s system to balance loan count, principal balance and remittance amounts. Reconciles funds held in Demand Deposit Account (DDA) for our investors on a monthly basis and provides updates to Internal Monitoring area of the status of each DDA account balance, date last reconciled and any balancing differences. Transfers loans sold by our Secondary Marketing Department to appropriate investor at the time the settlement has been confirmed, on a monthly basis for loans sold to Government Sponsored Entities and on an as needed basis for Private Investors. Responds to requests from Investors, Security Holders and internal customers. Issues and mails Security Holder checks on a monthly basis to meet required time frames.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Four or more years of experience in business and general office environment
– Minimum one year of experience in investor accounting

Preferred Skills/Experience
– Strong understanding of the business and perfected office skills
– Basic knowledge of investor accounting or related area of mortgage accounts
– Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
– Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadline simultaneously; highly detail-oriented
– Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills
– Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and graphics
– Strong verbal, grammatical, and written communication skills
