U.S. Bank’s Mortgage Servicing Division is seeking a Procedure Analyst in the Flood department. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of drafts and revisions for the final procedures documents for the entire Flood process from start to finish. You will partner with technical writers for formatting for publishing, coordinate with Compliance and Risk partners for guidance surrounding revisions to policy, and submitting for training to occur.

Candidate will obtain a high level of organization skills and eager to understand/comprehend at a fast pace. You will interact directly with the department and Sr. Management, requiring an intermediate level of presentation and relationship building skills.

The ideal candidate will have:
· at least 3 years of Mortgage Servicing experience as you will need to have an extensive understanding of the operations, products/services, systems, laws and regulations
· at least 1 year experience in Flood
· at least 1 year experience writing policies/procedures
Basic Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
– Three to five years of experience in an applicable risk management environment
– Applicable professional certifications
Preferred Skills/Experience
– Thorough knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
– Thorough understanding of the business line’s operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
– Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
– Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills
– Must possess business acumen and credibility to help business line(s) proactively identify and address changing workforce needs
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
-At least 3 years experience in Mortgage Servicing
-At least 1 year experience in Flood
-At least 1 year experience in writing policies and procedures
