O.R. Colan Utility and Infrastructure is seeking a full-time, exempt Utilities Right of Way Agent in Southern Indiana near Newtonville, IN. Utility & Infrastructure Land Services provides services related to program management for the land acquisition phase of pipeline, transmission lines, utility and other infrastructure projects as well as real estate services including, but not limited to, right of way acquisition services. The agent will work in numerous disciplines throughout the right-of-way project lifecycle in support of the Project Manager (PM), Assistant Project Manager (APM) or members of the project team. The Agent may act as a specialist in the areas of Title Research, Closings, Relocation, Acquisition or Property Management. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of Right of Way experience. Excellent written communication skills. Demonstrated organizational, planning, and prioritization skills. Analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills. Must be proficient with MS Office Suite. Must be proficient using multiple peripherals, including but not limited to, tablet, smartphone, laptop, printer, etc. Valid Driver’s License Preferred Requirements: Four-year degree at an accredited university or related experience Prior experience with Electric Transmission and/or Distribution, specifically in Indiana is a plus Monthly housing allowance will be provided to those that qualify.
