Key Job Responsibilities
- Provide root cause analyses to executive leadership
- Provide ad-hoc analyses on request
- Review and validate incentive winners and submit for approvals and payout
- Streamline and automate processes and reports.
- Produce business reports and executive-level presentations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Ability to utilize abstract reasoning techniques to build reporting logic and establish creative solutions.
- Ability to analyze data, identify root cause, and recommend solutions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to manage time and balance multiple priorities.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office. Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, including ability to write advanced formulas. Knowledge in MS Access a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
