Key Job Responsibilities

  • Provide root cause analyses to executive leadership
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses on request
  • Review and validate incentive winners and submit for approvals and payout
  • Streamline and automate processes and reports.
  • Produce business reports and executive-level presentations.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to utilize abstract reasoning techniques to build reporting logic and establish creative solutions.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify root cause, and recommend solutions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to manage time and balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office. Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, including ability to write advanced formulas. Knowledge in MS Access a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
