Date: April 10, 2017 Job Status: Non-Exempt; Full Time Position Title: Mortgage Loan Processor Supervision Received: Position reports to the Head of Mortgage Operations Supervisory Responsibilities: None Job Summary : A Mortgage Operations Loan Processor assists Lenders in processing, approving, and closing all consumer purpose residential mortgage loans. Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: – Review early disclosures for accuracy and assure timing requirements are met – Support the mortgage loan originators by processing applications and all supporting documents in a timely and accurate manner – Review file documentation to ensure all items needed are requested – Price and lock rates for Secondary Market loans for mortgage loan originators – Input loan information into mortgage origination system for processing – Maintain a strong working knowledge of Secondary Market/Freddie Mac requirements as well as evolving mortgage regulatory requirements – Submit all processed Secondary Market loans to underwriting for final approval; clear any underwriting conditions – Process all closing documents for mortgage originators – Sell and deliver closed loans to Freddie Mac before rate lock expiration date – Ensure all required documentation is included in final loan for booking Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job. Knowledge Required to Preform Essential Job Functions: – Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction – English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar – Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications – Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology – Economics and Accounting — Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.

Skills and Abilities Required to Perform Essential Job Functions: – Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills – Must have ability to work in a high volume production environment under tight time constraints – Must have multi-tasking abilities and be self-motivated – Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while under pressure – Must be detail oriented, with an ability to make sound decisions – Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive attitude – Must have excellent organizational skills – Must work well in a team environment – Ability to maintain confidential information – Must be able to meet deadlines Education, Experience and Qualifications: – High School Diploma or GED required – Experience with loans and understanding of loan documents is required – Computer experience required – Secondary Market experience is preferred Physical Requirements of Essential Job Functions: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit and/or stand, communicate, and reach and manipulate objects, tools or controls. Minimal physical exertion required. Duties involve moving materials weighting up to 10 pounds on a regular basis and up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 75% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, mouse, 10-key calculator, phone, and similar machines.

Working Conditions: Indoor, environmentally controlled. Usual office working conditions.
